Welcome to Travel More Club. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and membership program. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

- "Member" refers to any individual who has enrolled in our membership program.
- "Services" refers to all travel booking services, member benefits, and related offerings provided through our platform.
- "Platform" refers to our website, mobile applications, and any other digital interfaces.
- "Content" refers to all text, images, videos, and other materials available on our Platform.
2. Eligibility
To use our Services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Not be prohibited from using our Services under applicable law
- Not have been previously suspended or removed from our platform
3. Membership Terms
3.1 Membership Enrollment
Membership is subject to approval and requires completion of the enrollment process, including payment of applicable fees. Membership benefits are non-transferable and for personal use only.
3.2 Membership Benefits
Members receive access to exclusive pricing on hotels, resorts, cruises, and other travel accommodations. Savings of up to 89% are based on comparison to publicly available rates and may vary by property and date.
3.3 Best Value Guarantee
If you find a lower publicly available rate for the same accommodation, dates, and room type within 24 hours of booking, we will match the price or refund the difference. Terms and conditions apply.
3.4 Membership Renewal
Memberships automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will receive renewal reminders at least 30 days before your renewal date. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time through your account settings.
4. Booking & Reservations
4.1 Booking Process
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is only confirmed when you receive a confirmation email with your reservation details and confirmation number.
4.2 Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for ensuring all booking information is accurate, including traveler names, dates, and contact information. Errors may result in additional charges or booking cancellation.
4.3 Third-Party Suppliers
Travel services are provided by third-party suppliers (hotels, airlines, cruise lines, etc.). These suppliers have their own terms and conditions that also apply to your booking. We act as an intermediary and are not responsible for the acts or omissions of these suppliers.
5. Pricing & Payments
5.1 Pricing
All prices are displayed in US Dollars unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed. Taxes, fees, and resort charges may apply and will be disclosed before payment.
5.2 Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely through our PCI-compliant payment processors.
5.3 Currency & Exchange Rates
If your payment method is in a different currency, your bank may apply exchange rate fees. We are not responsible for any currency conversion charges applied by your financial institution.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
6.1 Cancellation Policies
Cancellation policies vary by booking type and supplier. The specific cancellation policy for your booking will be clearly displayed before you confirm your reservation.
6.2 Refund Processing
Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days. Refund timing may vary based on your financial institution.
6.3 Membership Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time. Membership fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in your membership agreement. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
- Share your membership credentials with non-members
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Use automated systems, bots, or scrapers to access our Platform
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
- Submit false or misleading information
- Engage in fraudulent bookings or chargebacks
- Resell or commercially exploit member benefits
8. Intellectual Property
All Content on our Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Travel More Club or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our Content without express written permission. Limited personal, non-commercial use is permitted for members accessing their benefits.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRAVEL MORE CLUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.
Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Travel More Club, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms, your use of the Services, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
11. Dispute Resolution
11.1 Informal Resolution
Before initiating any formal dispute resolution, you agree to first contact us at info@travelmoreclub.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will work in good faith to resolve any issues.
11.2 Arbitration Agreement
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
11.3 Class Action Waiver
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
11.4 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date.
Your continued use of the Services after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must discontinue use of the Services.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.
